I first qualified as a FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (Exercise to Music) in April 1981 with the Keep-Fit Association and have since then renewed my qualifications to include the updated versions.

Apart from running my own private classes, I also work FREELANCE for various dieting organisations along with both Wigan and Bolton Council.
I have worked closely with Wigan Council as part of their Active Living Team and their Lose Weight Feel Great Programme and with Bolton Council as part of their Active Ageing Well Team.
I have also worked on behalf of Lyfinity & NHS for a television programme
in January 2017, "The truth about Exercise".
I am also available to attend COMPANIES, CORPORATE, BLUE CHIP COMPANIES AND SCHOOLS to help with their health and well being both physically and mentally.
In my spare time I will offer my services as a volunteer for Tai Chi or for holistic treatments for St. Anne's Hospice, Age UK, a guest speaker for the W.I. & Mother's Union and various other groups, to speak about the importance of healthy eating along with explaining how to keep fit and active especially as we grow older.
I am passionate about what I do and would love everyone to lead a healthy happier life style.
Keeping active does not mean you have to run marathons, climb mountains or cycle around the country. Doing a few easy, simple basic exercises each day (even while sitting down) is enough to maintain flexibility and increase muscle strength.
